ME50-868 modules operate in 868MHz band with ultra-low-power for maximum battery life and have the best budget link on the market of 122dB. Available in LGA format, these pre-certified RF modules provide a TTL RS232 interface, integrated digital and analog I/Os and can easily be integrated into a system, thus reducing development time and cost. ME50-868 is also pin-to-pin compatible with Telit ZE Family (ZigBee 2007 and PRO stack), NE Family (Mesh low power) and LE Family (basic point-to-point broadcast stack).

The Telit ME50-169 is a wireless M-Bus module compliant with the EN13757 part 4 and part 5 Wireless M-Bus standard. It is ideally suited for use in one or two-way data links with gas, water, heat and electricity meters and concentrators.

The ME50-169 operates in the 169 MHz band and runs Wireless M-Bus N mode protocol, defined by EN13757-4 2012 for this band, on Tx power of up to 35mW

LE Family is best solution for ultra low power and low latency time applications that require point-to-point or multipoint (broadcast) network communications operating in ISM band (868MHz and 433MHz). Simple plug and play protocol Star Network Stack for RF communication is ideal to replace applications with communication over cable.

LE50-433 & LE50-868 RF Modules

The Telit LE family is comprised of multi-band, multi-channel radio modules operating on an advanced proprietary embedded stack that is easy to integrate and use in point-to-point or star network topologies.

The LE51-868 S is a high performance certified short range to long range module designed to cover the 863-870 MHz band working with the Telit Proprietary protocol and acting as a SIGFOX gateway. It has high value technical characteristics such as a -126dBm sensitivity, ultra-low power consumption and up to 15dBm of output power. It is very easy to integrate, with small form factor and acts as a long range communication module connecting directly to SIGFOX network. It can also organize in a "Star Network" topology or chain communication with embedded smart repeater function over a Telit proprietary protocol for short range.


LE70-915 RF Module
